The 5^th Plenary Meeting aimed to present the key achievements of the project during the past 4 years, with special emphasis on the projects that are implemented in the context of the different WPs.

The goals and the problems confronted during the 4^th year of the project were summarized and the goals for the 5^th year of the project were set. An update on the progress of the CHANCES project from the management point of view was presented during the meeting, as well as an overview of the dissemination activities that took place during the 4^th year of the project. It was stressed that the Dissemination Activities for the project should be emphasized by all partners. During the meeting results for the projects in the various WPs were presented. Alongside with the CHANCES 5^th Plenary meeting a Statistical Workshop was realised (10 February, 2014).

HHF involvement (coordinating centre): HHF updated the meeting participants on the progress of the CHANCES project from the management point of view and presented an overview of the dissemination activities that took place within the fourth year of the project. A presentation of the actions that should be taken during the next months of the project was made.
