The Conference was organized with major theme "Nutrition and Cancer". Professor Trichopoulou and a team of the Hellenic Health Foundation were invited speakers in the open ceremony of this event. They presented 4 topics namely "The EPIC project", "Obesity and cancer", "Mediterranean diet and cancer", "Antioxidants and cancer" and "Current recommendations on cancer prevention".
